Biography

Dr. Morgan Gillam has been practicing family medicine and obstetrics at Scott County Hospital since September 2025.

Dr. Morgan Gillam is a Family Medicine physician with a passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She was born in Wichita, KS, and raised in Olathe, KS by two wonderful educators who instilled in her a love for learning and service. She has a younger brother who currently resides in Kansas City. Dr. Gillam earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Kansas before continuing her medical education at The University of Kansas School of Medicine. Most recently, shes completed her Family Medicine residency at Ascension Via Christi in Wichita, KS, where she had the privilege of caring for a diverse patient population.

Dr. Gillam is happily married to her amazing husband, Zachary, and they are proud parents to their wonderful daughter, Isabelle. Their family also includes Apollo, their goofy and lovable shepherd mix, who keeps them entertained. She is thrilled to be joining the community as she partners with the Scott City medical team. They look forward to building meaningful connections and making Scott City their home.
